Ambitious Careers and Holistic Innovation for Empowering Women in CCS

The Creative Sisterhood Platform is a part of the Achieve CCS Erasmus project that aims at encouraging women in creative and cultural decision-making positions. This means tackling wage differentials and gender-based discrimination in general. Through this initiative, more diversified training and better opportunities to support professional growth. Overall, the goal is to achieve greater gender equality in a more inclusive industry.

The European project Erasmus+ Achieve CCS, co-funded by the European Union, brings together six organizations from France, Greece, Ireland, Turkey and Ukraine. This project began in April 2024 and will end in June 2026.
